I design and lead creative, group-based experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and with one another. Rooted in theatre, arts education, and mental health counseling, my work uses creative practice as a powerful tool for building resilience, navigating stress, exploring identity, and fostering meaningful connection.

Through workshops and collaborative programs, I partner with organizations to design welcoming, informative, playful, and thoughtful spaces where people can reflect, grow, and move toward meaningful change together.

Creating spaces for transformation
on stage and within.

When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, ‘soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner, and put a bit more purple in the cloud color.' I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds."
